Estate Firm to Expands Its Housing for
the Disadvantaged ______ St. Petersburg, Florida – May 7, 2008 --- American Community Development Corporation (ACD) announced today that it has contracted to purchase more St. Petersburg property to expand its capacity to house disadvantaged tenants. “We
are pleased to announce the purchase of this property which is near the current
facility of our non-profit partner and which we intend to lease to them for
their tenants,” said John Folger, the company’s President. “This is part
of our continuing program to acquire more property in the Tampa Bay area. We
have numerous other acquisition prospects and envision signing them in the near
future.” ACD's
property acquisition program is under the control of Mark Wilson, local real
