ESTATE EXPERT JOINS AMERICAN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Wilson Appointed Vice President of Real Estate ______ St. Petersburg, Florida -- March 19, 2008 --- American Community Development Corporation announced today that it has secured the services of Mr. Mark Wilson to lead the corporate property acquisition efforts as Vice President of Real Estate. Wilson is known locally as a real estate guru, heading the Clearwater meetings of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Investor Association. “We
are very excited to have Mark working with American Community Development,”
said John Folger, the company’s President. “In addition to his expertise in
real estate and his having run over 5,000 apartment units, Mark has a very
strong background in corporate finance and is an attorney as well as a certified
public accountant. This will be useful to us as we continue to expand.” Wilson
also is a mortgage broker and a principal in Universal Contractors, a Florida
General Contracting firm. Wilson’s
primary duty at American Community Development will be to build a substantial
and profitable property portfolio that will offer housing to various
disadvantaged tenant groups. About
